1. What level of experience and knowledge do I need to start training?

You don’t need any, whether you’re a beginner or have been training for years; our expertise will help you achieve the reasons why you started your fitness journey. At ReppFit, we can teach you everything you need to know even if you have no experience in the gym at all.

2. After I start working with you when will I begin to see results?

Results can happen in as soon as 2 weeks after starting training. On average, noticeable results become apparent after 3-4 weeks, but can be sooner or later than that depending on your diet, work ethic and commitment level.

3. I currently belong to a gym. Can you come to my gym to train me?

Unfortunately we cannot train at another gym that we do not have a contract with. We do however train at one gym located in downtown Naples.

4. How many days a week do I need to workout?

Exercise frequency varies from person to person depending on individual goals and budget. Whether our clients train with us for 1 session a week or up to 6 sessions a week, we recommend a minimum 3 days of exercise per week with a trainer to see real progressive results.

5. Once I begin, am I obligated to continue?

No of course not, unfortunately though, there are no refunds. We are certain you will love working with us, as we feel it’s a honor to work with you. Several clients have been training with us for years, others train for only a short period of time to learn new exercises and change up their fitness program.

6. How and when must I make payment?

Our clients are required to pay for their training sessions upfront, whether they are paying for a single session or for a package of sessions. We accept check, Zelle or Venmo.

7. What if I cancel a session?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel your training session outside of 24 hours, you will not be charged for the session. If within 24 hours of your session, unfortunately the session will be charged.

8. What happens if I am late for a session?

We usually train clients back to back. So if for example you show up 15 minutes late, we would only be able to train you for 45 minutes so we can begin our next session on time.

9. I can workout on my own, but I need to learn what to do and how to exercise correctly. Will you work with me on this basis?

Yes of course. That is an extremely important part of working out and safety. We make sure all of our clients learn correct form and always perform exercises the right way to decrease the chance of an injury.

10. I have done everything, but I still can’t lose weight. Is there anything you can do for me?

Yes of course. We can help you break through any of those stubborn plateaus that have halted your progress. Some plateaus are workout related, nutrition related, other life factors… we can and are happy to help in either case.

11. I’ve have been working out on my own for a long time, but have stopped making any progress in muscle gain. Can you help me?

Muscle gain is challenging to achieve when working out on your own. It is extremely helpful and effective to have a trained professional there to spot you, motivate you, keep you accountable, push you more than you think you’re capable of doing. In doing so, this allows you squeeze out those last few extra crucial reps to see the gains you envision.

12. I want to just burn fat in one area, help?

One of the biggest myths in the fitness world is the theory of “spot burning fat.” It is near impossible to burn fat in one specific area. Yes, doing exercises in that specific area (spot training) will help develop the muscles just like working any other muscle. However, that does not result to burning the fat that may be surrounding the muscle. We can show you the most effective exercises to perform, help with your nutrition; to make that weight drop off and tone up.
